Shipping Policy

Clean Care Supply delivers directly to businesses across the Greater Toronto Area using our own trucks. No couriers, no third-party carriers. Your order is handled by our team from warehouse to your door.

Delivery Zones

We deliver Monday through Friday on a fixed weekly schedule by zone:

  • Monday — Etobicoke, York, West End Toronto
  • Tuesday — Scarborough, Durham Region, East End Toronto
  • Wednesday — Downtown Toronto, Mississauga East, North York Central
  • Thursday — Vaughan, Woodbridge, Brampton, North York
  • Friday — Mississauga West, Oakville, Burlington

Your zone, your day, every week. No guessing when supplies arrive.

Order Cutoff

Place your order by 5:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery day. Orders placed after cutoff ship on your next scheduled zone day.

Example: Your zone delivers on Wednesday. Order by 5:00 PM Tuesday to receive it Wednesday. Order at 6:00 PM Tuesday and it ships the following Wednesday.

Free Delivery

Free delivery on all orders $89 and above. Delivery charges for orders below $89 are calculated at checkout before you pay. No surprise freight.

Service Area

We currently deliver within the Greater Toronto Area only. We do not ship outside the GTA at this time. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our delivery zones, contact us and we will confirm.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Our drivers deliver during business hours. Orders are brought to your receiving area or front entrance. If your facility has specific delivery instructions (loading dock, side entrance, after-hours drop), add them to your order notes or let your account contact know.

Wrong Item or Damaged Shipment

If we sent the wrong product or something arrived damaged, contact us the same day. We replace errors within the GTA same day and issue credit immediately. No forms, no restocking fees.
