Common questions
How fast can you deliver?
Timing depends on the order size, the products, and your location in the GTA. Once you place an order, we confirm a delivery date with you directly — usually within one business day.
Do you deliver on holidays?
No deliveries on Ontario statutory holidays. We'll coordinate any affected orders with you directly.
Does someone need to be there to receive?
For most commercial addresses, delivery is left at the loading dock or designated area. Let us know your site's preference when you place your first order.
What areas do you cover?
We service the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding regions. For areas outside the GTA, contact us — we can often arrange freight delivery.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same product at a lower price from another GTA janitorial distributor, send us the quote and we'll match or beat it. The product must be identical (same brand, size, and SKU) and the competitor must be a legitimate GTA-area distributor with current pricing.
How do I submit a price match request?
Email us at orders@cleancaresupplies.ca or contact your account rep with the competitor's quote or price list showing the product, price, and distributor name. We'll review and respond within one business day. If approved, the matched price applies to your current and future orders of that product.
Are there any exclusions to the price match?
The price match applies to identical products from GTA-area janitorial distributors. It does not apply to clearance or liquidation pricing, marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay), retail stores, or one-time promotional flash sales. The competitor must be able to deliver the product — we won't match a price if the item is out of stock.
