What documentation comes with the quote?
Bilingual SDS (French and English, WHMIS 2015), NSF White Book category for food-plant chemistry where applicable, Letter of Guarantee on request, food-contact declarations, and H1 lubricant docs for maintenance-approved equipment. We attach them line by line.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. Send your list or last invoice and we price it. You only create a trade account when you are ready to order, and that unlocks standing orders and the extra 4% on 5+ subscribed items.
What is the smallest order, and delivery?
One case. No 10-case Uline minimums and no shipping-and-handling games. Your first order ships free in the GTA with code FREESHIP — it covers up to $18 in shipping.
Are you approved for food-plant chemistry?
We provide manufacturer NSF registration for the chemistry we carry. For SKUs without NSF, we declare the category and provide the documentation your QA expects for an approved-list review.
Net 30 or Net 15?
Available on approved trade accounts. We quote you regardless, and you can graduate to terms once you have ordered with us a few times.
