How long does a quote take?
We email a priced quote as soon as we've reviewed your list and confirmed pricing on anything we source weekly. We don't promise a fixed turnaround, but we work first-in-first-out and we'll always tell you when to expect it on the first reply.
What if I just want a one-time quote, not a Standing Order?
That's most first quotes. Standing Orders are an option we offer once you know our pricing fits and the cadence makes sense. You can place a one-time order, place ten of them, or convert to a Standing Order whenever you want.
What's the smallest order?
One case. Free GTA delivery on $120 and up. No 10-case Uline minimums. No surprise freight.
How does the 12-month price lock work?
When you set up a Standing Order, every SKU in that order is locked for 12 months from the day you sign up. No 'market surge' adjustments, no quarterly creep. If our cost goes up before then, we eat it. After 12 months we re-quote and you can keep, change, or cancel.
Net 30 / Net 15?
Available on approved trade accounts. Standard payment is e-transfer or card per order. We'll quote you regardless and you can graduate to terms once you've ordered with us a few times.
